The 3 medicinal herbs that is in this tea blend is oregano, peppermint and thyme. Here is how each of these herbs work to help you kick that common cold.
Oregano boosts immunity. It is rich in antioxidants like thymol and carvacrol, which protect against free radicals. It contains vitamins A and C that support immune function also fights Infections. Oregano contains natural antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral compounds. It also encourages sweating, which can help flush toxins from the body.
